With over $55,000 invested, this is a highly customized 1929 Ford Roadster that was designed to showcase the raw, radical mechanics and brute force, of a properly built Model A Roadster with a Flathead Ford engine. Previously unavailable to the public at any price, now as part of the Private Ford Collection Sale, this dream car can be your reality now! This car was built by one of the Premier Classic Car Builders specializing in classic car restoration and engines; Everette Adams (builder of the car for the movie Titanic) and restorer of 100's of classic cars was given the task of building this custom roadster. -From the Brooksfield All Steel Body, Custom Ford High Performance Ford Flathead, this car is equipped with many rare, highly sought after, components and upgrades that make this car a unique treasure. Drilled for oil pressure. Ford 8BA oil pump, new counter weighted crank. 11" clutch, lightened 30# flywheel, Chevrolet rear main seal, billet main bearing cap, insert, Allis Chamler main bearing CB458, insert rod CB982 bearings, CB98F Triumph, Crowler rods, .060 Silverlight pistons, perfect circle rings, bores sleeved and bored, power hones to .060 specifications. New crank gear and aluminum timing gear. SU1A Cam, Winfield, adjusted lifters, Manley valves, Esky valve springs, new collects and keepers, Winfield head 9:1 compression, 1936 Ford water pump, Mallory ignition, custom headers, dual Thomas manifold intake, dual '81 stromberg carburetors, re-jetted to .048, oil filter and regulated pressure system. BODY MODIFICATION: -Louvered half hood, '32 dash, '36 banjo steering wheel VDO instruments, NOS S&W tachometer, custom bucket seats, 10 gallon gas tank, custom aluminum interior, comp seat belts, '32 radiator shell, walker radiator, welded and filled passenger door, steel floor boards, custom switch panel, custom pedal pads and parking brake handle. ELECTRICAL: -12 volt system, alternator, '40 Ford tail lamps, battery switch, sealed beam headlights.
