This car was the pace car for 1970 race in Ontario Canada. Car was restored years ago.1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 Convertible, documented Can Am Pace Car. LS 5 360 horsepower, automatic transmission, power steering, power disc brakes, power top, AM push-button radio. This particular car is the Pace Car for the 1970 Can-Am races held in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in July, 1970. This car was a (G.M. of Canada Zone Stock Car) as also documented with General Motors Vintage Vehicle Services. I have two original build sheets for the car and the race program for the Klondike “ 200” Can-Am Challenge Cup Series dated July 26, 1970.
