1939 Ford Delivery Van
I bought the van 10 years ago and it had been brought back to life as a furniture delivery van by an amateur restorer. The fellow that did the restoration installed a nova front end with disc brakes and a 350 small block/automatic
350 or 400 transmission. I have just drove the Van and never have had to work on it. It has just always started and ran. Most dependable collector car I own. It has always been stored out side so the paint has lost its luster and started to crack but still
gets lots of thumbs up and questions at the gas pump. It needs a full body restoration if you want to win at the car shows but a great attention getter if you just want to drive it the way it is. I plan to drive it the 150 miles to the Sun Valley Car Auction.
