Description:
This El Camino is body-off completely restored with all new chassis parts including springs, trailing arm bushings, upper and lower control arms, tie rods, shocks, CPP steering box and center link. All rust was removed and all new parts installed. The interior floor and two body panels (under the interior floor and under the rear window) were removed and replaced. the enginge was rebuilt with a 283 block. It was sleeved, bored to standard bore and balanced. The transmission is a 700R4 with new torque converter, front pump, bushings and seals. The differential is built with a 373 gear, new axels, bearing, and seals. It also has: four-wheel disc brakes with new dropped speed, four new Goodyear tires, new vinyl interior, including top line carpet, all rebuilt or new gauges, heater controls and vent doors, all new window regulators, hinges, door locks and handles, all underbody surfaces and the bed are coated with bed liner, new Pioneer sound system with amp and large speakers, new fronts and rear windows, new under-dash air, odometer was 39,344 when restoration was completed. Vehicle has been driven approximately 3,000 miles since restoration.
