Description:    1 of 1 1956 Lincoln Premiere Sunburst Convertible. Yellow on yellow and white interior with a continental kit to exist. Bought this from the son of the father who passed away some time ago. The car was purchased by his father in 1964-65 and seldom driven to be parked in the garage most of the time. The has had only one repaint that was done in the mid 1970's and still shines up nice This car was believed to be a factory demo car for the new 56 Lincoln Premieres sporting factory chrome valve covers, pulleys and air cleaner what is normally the Lincoln green and black.We pulled this car out of long term storage not driven since 1995 until this year when we spent over $10,000 going through all the mechanical stuff to make it road worthy. - 1 of 1 known sunburst yellow 1956 Lincoln Premiere Convertible with Continental Kit - Only one repaint it's entire life done over 35 years ago - Chrome looks amazing for original - Stock 368 Cubic Inch Lincoln Y Block with factory chrome accessories, runs great! - 3 speed turbo drive automatic transmission, needs attention. - Original Yellow and White interior never redone and in great shape, some material on doors have been dyed a very long time ago. - Original White power top with brand new top motor and rebuilt top header screw motor - All new brakes, lines, hoses, and brake system using factory parts from Mark II Enterprise - All new cooling system completely rebuilt along with redone radiator - Factory Carb just rebuilt and jetted, has great response - New white wall tires - All new reconditioned fuel system all the way to new reconditioned boiled and sealed gas tank - Close to $10,000 spent getting this beauty back on the road after long term storage! - These cars fully restored bring $150-180,000!!
